INGREDIENTS
16 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sauerkraut
1 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 lb. deli pastrami, cut into little pieces
1. Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
2. Lay out bread in an even layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until nice & crisp. Remove from oven, set aside.
3. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, pastrami, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl, mix.
4. Pour mixture in an oven safe dish and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir the mixture then return to oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the middle is bubbly.
5. Serve warm with the toasted bread.
