Spa Day Your Way
Indulge yourself in a personally curated Spa journey. Create your own ultimate spa day by selecting two or more services for up to 15% off your total! All services are for one person, experienced on the same day. May not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. The 20% service charge will be based on the regular service price. The additional service(s) selected may be any 30-120 service.

Select two or more services, with one being of 60 minutes, and enjoy 10% off all services.

Select two or more services, with one being 90 minutes or greater, and enjoy 15% off all services.

Age Requirement
Members and guests must be at least 13 years of age to receive spa services and are not permitted to use spa facilities without a spa service. Young adults between ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian that is also receiving spa services and asked to be considerate and respectful during their spa visit.
Appointments
To accommodate desired availability, we recommend scheduling spa appointments in advance and to secure such appointments a member number is required at the time of scheduling. Members must schedule all non-member spa appointments and secure such appointments to their member account.
Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time to allow a comfortable check in process.
Attire
A robe, sandals, and locker will be available for members and guests with spa appointments only. In addition, linens and personal care amenities are also provided. When in the treatment room, disrobe to your comfort level as your service provider will ensure you are professionally draped.
Cancellation
Any cancellation or reschedule must be made 24-hours prior to the appointment start time. Members and guests who cancel, reschedule or no-show without providing a 24-hour notice will result in a 100% fee of all scheduled appointments and charged to the member account. No-show appointments will result in an additional 20% service fee. For all non-members the cancellation fee will be charged to the host member account.
Electronics
Cellular phones and other electronic devices may not be used in photographic or video mode at any time. Mobile phones may only be used to make calls in the spa concierge area. Mobile phones and other electronic devices may only be used for texting and music with the use of headphones. Please be mindful and courteous when using electronic devices.

Late Arrival
Members and guests who are late for their appointment may result in a shorter appointment time. We will ensure you receive as much of your original appointment time as possible, but it is not guaranteed. In addition, to ensure following appointments are not disturbed, your appointment will end as scheduled and be charged in full.
Pregnancy and Special Health Considerations

Please notify spa personnel when scheduling if you require accommodation due to a medical condition that may pose concern or risk for your spa visit or if you are pregnant. In addition, it is the responsibility of the returning member or guest to inform spa personnel of any medical changes or updates.
*Physician consultation is strongly encouraged before locker room entry or receiving service for those with medical condition(s) or are pregnant.
Service Charge
A 20% service charge will be added to all spa appointments and distributed directly to your service provider. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is optional and at your discretion.
Spa Facility Usage
May 1 - September 30
To maintain a relaxing and luxurious experience while in high demand, members and guests may only use locker rooms during operating hours with a scheduled spa service.
October 1 - April 30
Members and guests not receiving spa services may use the locker rooms outside operating hours by checking in at the Grille Room host stand.
Valuables
Please avoid bringing personal items or valuables to your spa visit. A locker will be provided for members and guests with spa appointments. A limited number of lockers will be available for members and guests without spa appointments and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Bay Harbor Yacht Club will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or items.
