Frequently Asked Questions 1. How much does it cost? The Membership Fee for the Winter Dining Club is $625. 2. What dates does the Winter Dining Program include? The Winter Dining Program runs from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. 3. What do I get? You’ll enjoy 40% off all food and drinks every time you dine a la carte in the Club dining venues, including wine by the bottle. *Please note, the Winter Dining Club discount does not apply to the Reserve section of the Wine by the Bottle List.
4. Who’s included? The member, their spouse, and child dependents listed under the membership account. 5. Are guests allowed? This program allows for a table of six to receive the discount. Your membership dependents plus non-member guests that total six are allowed. 6. What if the number of family members underneath my membership exceeds six people? The family members under your membership will receive the discount. 7. Can other members count as my guests? No. Other members who are not a part of the Winter Dining Club will not receive the 40% off discount. They may enroll in the program themselves to enjoy their discount separately. 8. My guest is dining unaccompanied per our guest policy. Can they use my discount? No. The Dining Club member must be in attendance to receive the discount.
Winter Dining Club Frequently Asked Questions 9. What about to-go orders? No, food and beverage to-go orders are not included in this program. Wine to-go orders are also not included. 10. I am a member of the Wine Society, do I receive both discounts? No, you will only receive the greater discount on wine if you join the Dining Club. Discounts cannot be combined. 11. I am a Founding Member, am I able to participate? Yes, the Dining Club is open to all members. However, discounts cannot be combined and only the greater discount will apply. 12. Are Club events included? Easter Brunch is part of the discount program. All other events during this time period are excluded. 13. How does the discount work? The 40% is automatically applied to your check. Your profile will state you are enrolled in the Dining Club and the staff will apply your discount for you. Service charge and gratuity is still based on the full price (so our servers benefit too). Tax is based on the discounted amount. 14. How does this affect my Food and Beverage Minimum? The Food and Beverage Minimum tracker will use the full menu total of your bill, not the 40% discount total. 15. When do I need to sign up? Join by November 1 to start enjoying your savings all season long. You are able to join at any time after November 1, however there will not be a prorated fee. 16. I participated in the Winter Dining Club last year. Am I automatiocally re-enrolled for this year? No, you are not automatically re-enrolled. Please complete this form to register for the 2026 season.
