GROUP FITNESS STRENGTH & STRETCH Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00AM | $15 A fun fitness class that combines strength training & yoga. Use weights & calisthenics, then stretch & improve flexibility with yoga.
EUCHRE Off Season: Every Thursday 4:00pm to 6:00pm Marina Lounge Knowledge of the game not required! Come as an individual to be paired up or join with a partner.

CARDIO CORE Fridays | 10:00AM | $15 A 60-minute challenging mix of dynamic core-stabilizing exercises & cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing & heart rate elevated.
