A dynamic, high-energy session, built around rally games and point play, emphasizing shot selection, movement, placement, and strategy. Players can expect a fun workout, competitive drills, and high repetitions in a live setting.

An early introduction to tennis for our littlest players!

Learning basic athleticism and coordination skills— running, changing direction, throwing/catching, tracking a ball, racket control.—youngsters get a jump start for learning a lifelong sport.

3.5+ MIXED DRILL AND GAMES Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00am to 11:00am $35 per session | 6 players max, 3 players min.

JUNIOR BEGINNER - RED BALL Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:00am to 10:00am $25 per session | 8 players max | Ages 7-10

Full rally point play from a fed ball, this session is for higher level players who can handle more pace, spin, and placement within the flow of play. Open to men and women, players can expect a fun workout, competitive drills, and high repetitions in a live setting.

Introducing the sport of tennis to elementary players through a high energy mix of games, drills, and challenges. Lessons will focus heavily on learning basic tennis strokes and building general athleticism and hand-eye coordination, with the goal of learning to serve, rally, and keep score.

SHOT OF THE WEEK Wednesdays | 9:00am to 10:30am $50 per player | 8 players max, 3 players min.

This instruction and training-based session targets one specific type of shot each week, allowing for individualized feedback while building technique, consistency, and confidence. Sessions generally feature 30 minutes of instruction and repetition drilling, 30 minutes of fed ball games using the featured skill, and 30 minutes of match play.

DRILL & DONUTS 3.0 Level Players and Above Saturdays | 9:30am to 11:00am $50 per player | 12 players max, 3 min.

Private Lessons with Tennis Professional Payne Schanski INDIVIDUAL LESSONS 60 minutes | $110/player Pack of Four, 60 minutes | $340

ASSISTANT PRO LESSONS 60 minutes $80/player

An extended version of the Tuesday and Thursday adult drills, the first hour is built around fed-ball point play from various typical game situations, followed by doubles match play for the final 30 minutes.

Open to men and women at a 3.0 level or higher, players can expect a fun workout, competitive drills, and high repetitions in a live setting, with coffee and donuts available for all participants.

JUNIOR INTERMEDIATE ORANGE/GREEN BALL Mondays & Wednesdays | 10:00am to 11:00am $25 per session | 8 players max | Ages 8-12 For juniors who already have a good sense of the proper tennis technique and are beginning to develop control with ball placement, spin control and all court skills. Players in this group should be able to serve, rally, and have a prior understanding of tennis scoring and terminology.

TEENS/ADVANCED JUNIORS - YELLOW BALL Mondays & Wednesdays | 12:00pm to 1:00pm $25 per session | 8 players max | Ages 12+ For middle school and high school players with more advanced skills and match play experience.

These sessions offer a faster paced mix of hitting drills, competitions, and match play, and are geared towards juniors who are looking to play tennis competitively, either in tournaments or school teams.

JUNIOR PERFORMANCE CLINIC Mondays & Wednesdays | 11:00am to 12:00pm $30 per player | 9 players max For those dedicated and willing to work hard to quickly improve. Courts are divided by skill level, maintaining a 3:1 player/coach ratio for plenty of individual attention and feedback. Each session includes skill training, fitness, and competitive point play. *Director approval required to register.

PICKLEBALL Open Play - Social, Fun, & Free!

MORNING OPEN PLAY (ALL SKILL LEVELS) *BEGINS MAY 25*

Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 11:00am All three courts will be set aside for Open Play on Mondays and Fridays, with one designated court Tuesday through Thursday.

Open Play is free and an opportunity to enjoy social play with no prior registration necessary.

(An additional window for Open Play is available Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 1:00pm.)

WEEKDAY “DINK & DRINK” *BEGINS JUNE 2*

Adult Level-Based Playing Groups

Pro approval required. Must register in advance via app or Pro Shop. Must be confirmed at least two hours in advance.

ADVANCED BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PLAY (2.5-3.5 SKILL) *BEGINS JUNE 2*

Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9:00am to 11:00am 12 players max., 3 players min.

(Must sign up by 5:00pm the day before session) This staff-facilitated group offers a more structured format for members looking for competitive play with others at a similar level.

Staff will give overview of the daily format upon arrival, with players rotating through a series of different matchups. Please book your spot in advance, arrive on time, and plan to stay for the majority of the session.

Tuesdays | 4:00pm to 6:00pm Start the evening off right with a later session of Open Play. Grab a paddle and mix it up with fellow members for casual and friendly matches. Family and friends welcome (with member). BYOB.

ADVANCED PLAY (PRO APPROVAL NEEDED)

This staff-facilitated group offers competitive and higher-intensity matchups for the club’s most skilled and experienced players.

Saturdays | 9:00am to 12:00pm An extended Saturday session of Open Play, with complimentary coffee and donuts to enjoy in between games. Family and friends welcome (with member).

Reservations & Equipment FREE RENTALS Demo paddles and balls available at Pro Shop free of charge.

Must use Blue List paddles and designated balls. All equipment is available for purchase.

Ongoing each week throughout the summer, Racquet Sports Director Payne Schanski will be offering a variety of 90-minute pickleball clinics for players of all levels. Each session will be built around a specific training theme (ex. volleys, serving, consistency, doubles communication). Players can expect instruction, repetition, and individualized feedback, and leave each session with several takeaways that they can directly transfer to their next time on the

Players can reserve courts for private use through the member app up to seven days in advance. One court per reservation, two hours maximum. Court reservations are also available by calling the Pro Shop at 231.439.2118.

This group offers a place for middle school and high school aged teens to get together with friends, meet new ones, and enjoy learning and playing pickleball. No experience necessary, just the willingness to give it a try!

Tennis Services BALL MACHINE RENTAL Try out our versatile Spinfire Pro ball machine! Cordless, remote controlled, and simple to operate. Options available for one-time and regular usage.

One Hour: $15 One-Week Unlimited Pass: $80 Full Season Unlimited Pass: $200 RACQUET STRINGING We promise a quick turnaround time (48 hours or less) and a variety of synthetic gut, polyester, and multifilament string options to revamp your racquet and get back on the court. $35 per racquet

Any charges for clinics, lessons, or pro shop purchases will go to the member’s account.

TENNIS EQUIPMENT RENTAL Loaner tennis racquets are available for complimentary use and can be signed out in the Pro Shop. Adult and Junior options available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/no show policy: Players must cancel any lesson, clinic, or organized play bookings 12 hours in advance. No shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the session.
