News NEW – Last week, the European Parliament voted to approve the Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Lord Frost said the vote 'brings certainty and allows us to focus on the future. There will be much for us and the EU to work on together through the new Partnership Council and we are committed to working to find solutions that work for both of us.’ A copy of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement can be found here. NEW – The UK-India Enhanced Trade Partnership, announced this week, has successfully secured improved access for medical devices. The acceptance of UK Certificates of Free Sale in India, which confirms regulatory compliance of a product for export, removes the requirement for additional accreditation, helping support UK manufacturers to enter this growing market. REMINDER – The Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) has launched a call for evidence to seek stakeholders' views on the Intra-company Transfer (ICT) immigration route.
