Double Your Impact When You Donate to Roots & Rafters For all of our MJCC members, families and community partners, our campus is a home away from home – a place where we feel secure. Unfortunately, our home needs some upgrades; fortunately, through a generous match, now is the time to make the renovations happen! With the help of many generous donors, over the course of the past 8 months, we have raised more than $2.5 million towards our $3.5 million goal. We have already started putting the funds to work on the Schnitzer Family Campus with security and fitness upgrades and plans to repair the parking lot in the Spring 2014. We would not be able to make these kinds of critical improvements without the support of individuals just like you. Every donation, regardless of the amount, goes a long way towards helping us continue to make improvements to the facility – in the Therapy Pool, in the locker rooms and on the fitness floor! The Harold & Arlene Schnitzer Care Foundation, has agreed to match up to $500,000 of the gifts made since February 2013, so your gifts will be matched bringing us ever closer to meeting the challenge and the ultimate goa! And because of this great opportunity to double your gift, when we complete this campaign, we will have $600,000 in reserves designated for future repairs to the building. We hope you will join other MJCC members and supporters in making a significant gift or pledge to the Roots & Rafters campaign. For more information visit www.rootsandrafters.org.

SUPPORT OUR CENTER

The Roots & Rafters Campaign has enabled us to make the following upgrades so far!

• New selectorized fitness equipment • New benches in our locker rooms • New furniture in our lobby • Lockers for the warm water therapy pool • A remodel of the men’s sauna • Outdoor furniture for the pool patio

• An industrial washing machine • Security blinds • A resurfacing of the main pool • A handicap accessible picnic table for our courtyard
