Pool Accessibility Lift

The MJCC Aquatic Center has two handicap accessibility lifts for those patrons who need assistance getting into and out of the pools. Our lap pool lift is self-operated and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. Our warm water pool lift is operated by our staff and has a weight limit of 250 pounds.

Main Pool Classes Aquarobics

This no-to-low impact class is perfect for those looking to start a fitness routine or add variety to an existing one. The water provides buoyancy for support while you build a strong body. Great for rehabilitating after injuries. Main Pool M/Tu/W/Th/F

Aqua Power

These high energy routines let you burn the most calories while still enjoying a no-to-low impact workout. Get ready to heat it up in our cool pool! Main Pool Tu/Th Sat

Masters Swimming

Keep fit through swimming with two masters swimming options. Morning practices are coached sessions. Evening sessions are led by a member volunteer. Main Pool Adult Monthly

Warm Water Pool Classes Arthritis Exercise

(In Association with the Arthritis Foundation) Warm water is the ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness. Guided by a trained Arthritis Foundation instructor, you will gain flexibility, range of motion and strength while relieving pain. Also appropriate for persons without arthritis. 10:00-11:00 am

Ai-Chi

This meditative class combines deep breathing with progressive movements of the arms, legs and torso. Based on Tai-Chi, Ai-Chi helps improve balance and range of motion and promotes relaxation and cardiovascular health. Warm Water Pool Tu/Th

9:00-10:00 am

Fusion Exercise/Stretching

Use the warm water to stretch far beyond ordinary limits. Drawing on the latest physiological knowledge, focus on breathing deeply, stretching and relaxing. Warm Water Pool M/W
