Since 1969, we have sourced meat and fish raw materials from slaughterhouses and fish producers all over the world and processed or handled them in our own plants or on site. Our service package
Raw materials
The foundation of our ingredients is top-quality raw materials sourced from our trusted network of slaughterhouses, meat-processing companies, fish filleting factories and other suppliers. Based on this network, we are capable of sourcing raw materials from more than 27 animal species. All our raw materials are quality-controlled and traceable.
Safety and quality
Our production facilities are FSSC-22000 certified. We ensure the safety and quality of our ingredients through in-house analyses and product safety management systems, which are based on the HACCP principles. We continuously improve our inspection and detection capabilities to prevent foreign bodies in our ingredients, and our product specifications and traceability are always in strict accordance with the requirements of the authorities and our customers.
Processing
Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, which ensures production accuracy down to the last kilogram. We can produce whole, ground, emulsified, mechanically deboned and blended ingredients either fresh or frozen. Our competent employees ensure that you receive the best quality. This is how we maintain the highest product standards.
Together with you, we develop tailor-made fresh and frozen slurries and blends according to your specifications – from initial recipe development to delivery of the final product.
