WE LOVE OUR SIDE YARD which offers an excellent area to mingle while using a 5-burner BBQ and enjoying the unobstructed views of Harmon Canyon. Occasional ping-pong challenges for bragging rights.
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE LOUNGING around the pool and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Not only can you see a nice view of the 4th of July fireworks in Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme & Ventura but also, we can watch rocket launches from our backyard.
THIS HOME HAS A WONDERFUL connection with Nature - Hearing and seeing wildlife: coyotes, foxes and deer. A variety of birds visit our yard, especially Woodpeckers, Hawks, Owls and Roadrunners.
WE HAVE ENJOYED YEARS OF wonderful memories like pool parties, graduations, baby & bridal showers in our garden.
