MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME By Homeowners Brian and Christy

WHAT MADE THIS HOME STAND OUT FOR YOU? Hands down the view! Since our place is located on a hill, we do not see any neighbors behind us, there’s a buffer with this “green belt” which is a little bit unusual for the community, only a handful of homes share this optimal position; we later realized that our particular location was also one of the more quiet lots, as we do not hear any street noise from either the 246 or any of the Lumberyard or gravel yard noise. WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS NEIGHBORHOOD? We needed a part-time residence as we have family out of state so this made it an affordable but still very beautiful option. Still pinching ourselves that something this beautiful + of this quality actually exists in the SYV! WHAT WILL MISS THE MOST ABOUT THIS HOME? The kitchen and the view! Also, the lovely North light

in the primary bedroom is really peaceful. Actually the entire layout of this particular unit is really exceptional: lots of light from its many windows + skylights (a bay window in the kitchen!) with that incredible view, it just works! ANY PARTICULAR MEMORIES OR EXPERIENCES LIVING IN RSYE STAND OUT TO YOU? Being close to nature and taking our daily walks, really just the simple things. ARE THEY ANY SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF YOUR NEXT CHAPTER THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO? Being with our family and 3 new grandbabies. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO THE NEXT OWNER? There’s really nothing in the valley that compares to the quality of life living at Rancho Santa Ynez Estates. It is a golf course. It is a park. It’s extremely well maintained… and best of all, the owners run it, so there’s no HOA!
