We create 3D floor plans to help you visualize your new space and ensure that you take only your most treasured and purposeful belongings with you. A detailed
record is maintained of all items, whether they are sold, gifted, or donated.
For clients and families living outside of Santa Barbara, we also coordinate the shipping and delivery of your gifts, ensuring a smooth transition. Our goal is to make the downsizing process uplifting and stress-free, allowing you to embrace your new chapter with confidence.
