BECAUSE WE MAKE THE PROCESS EASY EASY GUEST BOOKINGS. Guests can book your property via our website, through our partnership with VRBO or by contacting one of our rental agents directly. EASY & FAST PAYMENTS. Guests pay 50% of the rental amount upon booking, and this is immediately sent to you, less our full management fee. Rent balance is disbursed to you upon guest departure. We accept most major credit cards for guest payments. EASY WAYS TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST DAMAGE. Guests will have the option to pay a security deposit or purchase Accidental Damage Insurance, which covers them for any accidental damage up to $3,000.
EASY ADD-ONS. We also offer our guests trip cancellation insurance and linen rentals/setup.
EASY PET ACCOMMODATIONS. If pets are allowed, guests are required to pay you a non-refundable pet fee to cover any additional cleaning. This total fee is payable to you (we do not collect any fees on it).
EASY & SAFE CHECK-IN: Guests check in for their reservation at our offices where we personally greet them, give them keys and a rental packet for the property, and provide them with information to make their stay enjoyable.
EASY CHECK-OUT. On departure, we ask our guests to return the keys to our office. We then arrange for the cleaning of your property by professional cleaners, who prep it for your next guest.
