The Friends Team has been an integral part of my success in being able to work full time and do real estate. I would not be able to handle all the work without the transaction specialist and listing team and all the set up leads that the ISA team sends me. In short, the Friends Team makes my job of selling homes easy!
I would tell someone thinking about going into real estate that there is a lot of work behind the scenes that most people don ’t realize. You have to spend a lot of time calling leads and getting them to trust you to handle their home purchase! It took me 5 months of building the relationship with my clients before I got my first sale. Then they started rolling in a few a month and has been picking up steam ever since. Also you have to like what you are doing! I love being a real estate agent.
