Lexus Expansion Approved By Marla Schevker The Beverly Hills City Council voted for the financial health of the entire City as they approved the Jim Falk Lexus Expansion Project 5-0. The council unanimously agreed to allow the project at 9230 Wilshire Blvd. to go forward at the appeal hearing with additional conditions added onto the conditional use permit. When the Planning Com-

mission approved the project in late October, they placed 107 conditions on the project to minimize its impact on the neighborhood. Councilwoman Lili Bosse named many additional conditions including: the service department should open at 9 a.m. not 7 a.m. on Saturdays, the employee directing traffic for the first six months should work for the duration of the service hours (see ‘LEXUS,’ page 17)
