What We Love About This Home
There is a library/office room with doors and built-in bookshelves and cabinets. It has a bedroom on the first floor. It has a whole house natural gas-powered electric generator. The house is situated on a quiet street and is part of a community (Monmouth Heights) which has sidewalks throughout for daily walking and is near most things I need. Route 9 is within six tenths of a mile away and has a regular bus service to NYC. The first floor is well suited to host gatherings of friends and family and the kitchen has been renovated with ample cabinets. Under the oven there is a warming drawer that keeps things warm as other foods or snacks are being enjoyed. My wife and I easily hosted groups of 30 people. There is a room to set aside areas for children or crafts or to set up TV, movie or gaming activities or exercise activities. Sun tubes provide natural slightly filtered light in the kitchen. The large attractively designed array of windows in the living room provides the feel of natural outdoor setting.
