Police file charges in connection with student’s death Bowling Green City Police have charged Nicholas Magrum in connection with the death of University student Jeremy Foster. Foster died Dec. 26, 2010 in his house in Bowling Green due to use of ethanol and narcotics. Magrum has been charged with one count of “Corrupting Another with Drugs” after investigations found that Magrum was involved in Foster’s use of the substances.
