Program worker. “I work at the front desk and make sure rooms are ready,” Hauck said. “There are a lot less people, but it’s a more diverse group of ages, races and ethnicities,” she said. “It’s relaxing to be here during the summer” It is unknown at this time if the opening of the two new residence halls, Centennial and Falcon Heights, will have an effect on summer housing in the future. “Benefits to staying on campus during the summer are the same as during the school year,” Shaal said. “It’s the convenience, especially with Offenhauer being close to the academic buildings.”
