All activities and stalls will be running throughout the duration of the event. Performances will take place in the marquee. Time

Performances and demonstrations

Irish Dancing, Kuchipudi Classical Dance, Venezuelan Salsa Dance, Hip Hop Group, Indian Dance.

Choral performances.

Cultural Fashion Parade.

Contemporary Dance Group, Sega Dance (Mauritian and Seychellois Dance), Bollywood Dance group featuring students and parents.

Street food demonstrations

The Association

The Association (PTA) is organising a street food demonstration tent. Enticing aromas will draw you inside to experience a variety of dishes being prepared and cooked in front of you.

Chai Station - Mrs Sira, Chair of The Association, will be running a masala chai station during the food demonstrations.

14.00 - 14.20 and 15:00 - 15.20

Street food

Pakoras - a fritter originating from the Indian subcontinent. They are sold by street vendors and served in restaurants across South Asia.

Aslooz - a Libyan vegetarian (and sometimes vegan) dish, primarily consisting of steamed couscous, a tomato-based sauce, and a wild plant also called aslooz.

Mexican Sopes - thick, fried masa cakes, similar to a thicker, smaller version of a tortilla, with a raised edge to hold toppings.

Fattoush - Levantine salad with toasted or fried pita, fresh vegetables, herbs, and a tangy dressing often made with sumac or pomegranate molasses.

Dress Code

Whilst this is not a dress code, we would be delighted if, where possible, students wear clothes that represent their cultures!

Market Stalls and Activities

Cash and card payments are accepted for student-made items, with proceeds supporting small charities. Payments can also be made by cash or card when purchasing tokens for activities.

Assembly Point

Our Fire Assembly point will be clearly sign posted. The Lost Child point is located next to the stage in the marquee.

Parking

Parking will be available in the astro and rear car parks.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and cakes will be available to purchase throughout the day.
