Architectural Portfolio
The aqua growth community center is located in Haiti on the shore of port al prince. The building floats on the water by the shore and bridging into the community on the land. The building has a library, classrooms, mix use conference rooms, a commercial kitchen, fitness, and a workshop. The building has additional spaces open for the flow of circulation though outdoor spaces, roof and board walk.

Sitting on piers the built foundation of reinforced concrete transfers into rubber stopper into multiple two way-floor slab. The ground floor foundation hold its buoyancy on the water through a thickness of 4 feet of foamcrete. The floor slab is laid out on a 30 by 30 grid where a reinforces concrete column can be found within its intersections. The forced is spread through a cross laminated joist, 4 feet of center. The column found hold the floors and also penetrate all the way through to the roof.
