Asset Management HARRIS COUNTY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY HCTRA manages and operates the tollways across Harris County, Texas. BGE assisted HCTRA with their system-wide inspection for roadways, bridges and facilities. BGE’s solutions helped manage HCTRA’s data by integrating field information with in-house data to provide instant analysis and status updates. This provides insight across all assets, which helps develop and manage capital improvement planning for critical infrastructure. The ongoing initiative will improve workflows and efficiency while delivering powerful insight so HCTRA can provide safe, reliable and sustainable roadways for Harris County.

Project Delivery DUNHAM POINTE Dunham Pointe is a 1,327-acre, master-planned community located on the south side of US Hwy 290 in Cypress, Texas. BGE is providing several consulting services, including Planning + Landscape Architecture, Land/Site Development and Public Works. To help manage progress and prevent siloed project data, BGE developed a project delivery solution that provides access to critical documents like plats, easements and conveyances 24/7/365 to everyone involved, including clients and stakeholders.
Analytics and Planning ACRES HOMES PUMP STATION The City of Houston is helping reduce the region’s reliance on groundwater as a drinking water source. A vital component of the program is a 66inch water transmission line from IH 45 to Acres Homes Pump Station (AHPS). To deliver this 6.5-mile water transmission line and identify alignments, BGE utilized available regional and local GIS databases, a 360-degree “street-level” virtual photographic database and real-time data collection of surface features to populate a four-tier evaluation matrix. BGE’s technology solutions group developed an interactive dashboard to relay critical data to clients and stakeholders.
