As the project manager, BGE oversaw the preparation of construction documents that included surveying, site planning, paving, grading, erosion control, drainage, culvert, water, sanitary sewer design, and platting. This included 404 permitting, a storage yard expansion area, and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR permitting.

As the project manager, BGE oversaw the preparation of construction documents that included surveying, site planning, paving, grading, erosion, drainage, detention, water, sanitary sewer design, and platting. This included offsite roadway design, a septic system/leach field, a storage yard expansion area, and coordination to a acquire approvals from several different public entities.
