THE GROVE AT SHOAL CREEK

The Grove at Shoal Creek is a combination of over 300 town homes & condominiums, 1,500 apartments, 200 senior living units, 180,000 square feet of office, and 100,000 square feet of retail space all expertly laid out, designed, and constructed in Central Austin. The project additionally features a 20-acre signature park containing trails, an amenity pond, and a bridge across Shoal Creek. BGE provided Site Civil Design Services, Entitlement Support and Services, Roadway Design, Platting Support Services, and Construction Management Services for this development.

SONORA

Sonora consists of over 500 units between Built to Rent single family homes and a single multi-family building with various amenities including, two amenity areas with pools, retail, and various public trails. BGE provided Zoning Support, Environmental Services, Civil Services, and Construction Management Support for this development.

MUSTANG RIDGE BUSINESS PARK

This 56.31-acre office / warehouse business park features two large-scale industrial buildings, including a 218,400 square feet facility and a 538,720 square feet facility. The property is designed to support efficient logistics, flexible office and warehouse uses, and scalable operations within a well-planned business park setting. BGE provided Survey, Environmental, Transportation, Civil, and Constriction Management Services for this development.
