Through Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco’s Leaders-In-Training Program, teens become “ready for life” through unique projects, coaching, career exploration and on-the-job training.
We welcome all teens in grades 9-12 who want to be part of a welcoming and inclusive environment and develop their leadership skills!

TRAINING DATES/LOCATIONS
• Through Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco’s Leaders-In-Training Program, teens become “ready for life” through unique projects, coaching, career exploration and on-the-job training.
• 70 total hours of on-the-job experience 10 hours of Work-Based Learning training to begin program 7 hours per week for 10 weeks Completion of professional portfolio
Teens who complete the requirements receive a $800 gift card! Teens may only participate once per calendar year
