RECAPPING BGCMW’S
18TH ANNUAL GALA & AUCTION
RECAP

For an impressive 18 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest has proudly hosted the Annual Gala & Auction. This year ' s event was even more special, marking the 80th Anniversary of the Clubs. On Thursday, October 17th, at The Verve Hotel in Natick, with the generous support of presenting sponsor TJX Companies, Inc., BGCMW supporters gathered to make a difference for our community's youth. The event was hosted by actress and Club alumna, Larianny Perez.
A complete sell-out weeks after tickets went live, the event featured a vibrant cocktail hour, an online auction, an enticing jewelry pull raffle with a stunning diamond tennis bracelet provided by Wright Jewelry & Design, and an exclusive dinner for 235+ guests
Our Annual Gala & Auction provides crucial support for the BGCMW’s mission, offering a

safe space for youth to excel academically, engage with positive role models, and develop into confident leaders. Because of supporters like you, we are able to address a significant challenge like safe, fun and meaningful programming for our tween and teen members.

For many teens, Friday Fun Nights are a fun alternative to typical weekend activities; for others, they’re a chance to hang out with friends. But for some, Friday Fun Nights
are more than just an option they’re a vital lifeline, offering a safe and positive space to spend their Friday nights.
At least twice a month, Friday Fun Nights bring middle and high schoolers together to socialize, build relationships, and enjoy themselves. Whether it’s dinner and a movie, a field trip to Witch’s Woods, or glow-in-thedark dodgeball, these events are all about creating fun, meaningful connections.
All funds raised through the $80 for 80 campaign help make Friday Fun Nights possible. Your support helps ensure that every teen can have a safe, enriching social life—an essential part of growing up— at the Club.
The silent auction was a true highlight, boasting over 100 items and packages ranging from luxury getaways to unforgettable experiences and coveted sports memorabilia. Even if you couldn’t join us in person, you could still be part of the excitement, as supporters had the opportunity to register and participate virtually, bidding on these incredible auction items.
This year ' s Annual Gala & Auction was a total success, thanks to the unwavering support of our community and sponsors. We raised an astounding $130,000! It reaffirms our commitment to providing our youth with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
