ATTENDANCE Please notify BGCM if your camper will not attend. There is no make up for days missed.

FEES CANCELLATION FEES: ALL FULL WEEK camp programs are not prorated by day for cancellations or refunds; the entire week must be cancelled per policy below to receive refunds. Full Week Cancellations prior to May 1, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee per session. Full week cancellations between May 1, 2022 and up to fourteen (14) days prior to camp start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per session. Daily Cancellations prior to May 1, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee per day. Daily cancellation between May 1, 2022 and up to fourteen (14) days prior to camp date will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee per day. $35 MEMBERSHIP FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE
LATE PAYMENT FEES: Late payments or declined processing will incur a $20 fee if not cleared by the Wednesday of the week of camp.
LATE PICK UP FEES: There is a $5 fee for late pick ups up to 15 min. After 15 min there is a $10 charge per 1/2 hour.
DROP OFF/PICK UP DROP OFF: Follow Signs for Drop Off upon entry Staff will meet camper at car and send them to their group 9:15 Daily Opening Ceremony 9:30 Groups Start having FUn Best to be ON TIME so as not to miss out ! If arriving after 9:30am please let club know by calling 781-834-2582 PICK UP: Follow Signs for Pick Up upon entry Staff will verify pick up authorization Have ID ready Staff will radio for your camper Please stay in your car. Staff records that camper has left. All campers must be picked up at their designated time.
POLICIES ..CONTINUED LUNCH/SNACKS Please supply lunch, snacks and a water bottle for your camper. The BGCM snack shack is open at various times throughout the day to purchase snacks. See CASHLESS CAMP Policy. All food & beverage should be clearly labeled.
SUN PROTECTION It is strongly recommended that parents apply sunscreen to their children at home. Please pack labeled HATS & SUNSCREEN for your camper. Counselors will remind campers to reapply throughout the day and can only assist in applying spray sunscreen

Campers are not allowed to bring unnecessary personal items such as electronics & toys to camp. BGCM is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items that are brought on campus.
INCLEMENT WEATHER We love New England and it's ever changing weather - that's why camp is held rain or shine and we operate inside and outside daily. Only lightening or other extreme elements will keep us in! Please send your camper prepared for sudden climate changes and label all clothing. We will modify activities as required and due to unpredictable weather as it occurs. Safety of our campers is our number one priority!
LOST & FOUND There is a lost and found. It is camper/parent responsiblity to check for missing items. Items not collected on Friday afternoon weekly will be donated.
CLOSINGS/DELAYS In the event that BGCM must cancel or delay programs announcements will be made via our FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM pages as well as our website: www.bgcmarshfield.org

My camper Needs to Take Medicine; what do you need from me? Medication prescribed for your camper should be supplied in its original container showing pharmacy label including date of filling, name of patient, doctors name, medication type, directions for use and dispensing & cautionary statements (if tablets or capsules, the number in the container). ALL MEDICATIONS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED AUTHORIZATION TO ADMINISTER FORM ON FILE WITH MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR. My camper has Allergies. How will you help protect them? Parents/Guardians should notify BGCM of any known allergies. BGCM will inform all the necessary staff of your camper and their allergy. Medicines for allergies, including Epi-Pens should be provided. An authorization to administer form must be on file with the Membership Director. What clothing should my camper wear? It's summer and the campers are having fun. Hopefully they will get dirty so best to keep that in mind! SNEAKERS and SOCKS are required, and it is STRONGLY recommended that flip flops are sent for pool time. DO NOT FORGET a bathing suit and towel daily. ALL clothing should be clearly labeled. BGCM is not responsible for lost clothing items; clothing left in the lost and found will be donated WEEKLY on Friday Evening after Camp closes. Please come check the LOST and FOUND as often as you would like weekly!!! What happens if my camper gets sick or hurt at camp? Parents/Emergency Contacts will be notified if a camper is ill and will be asked to pick them up. Please be sure your emergency contact form is accurate and up to date. If a camper has vomiting or diarrhea they may not return to campus for 24 hours. What happens if there is an emergency at the BGC? In the event that the building must be evacuated, staff and campers will line up by group to the appropriate evacuation door an follow the evacuation route posted. There are two designated evacuation spots on the BGCM campus; one being the back field, the other at Furnace Brook Middle School.
