Owned and operated by Becky and her husband, Jack, this local eatery has become a staple in the community since its opening in 2017. Before opening Local Taco, Becky and her husband spent 25 years working in corporate restaurants, most notably as an Area Director with Chili’s. Despite their success, they always dreamed of owning their own restaurant. When the opportunity presented itself to take over Local Taco, they jumped at the chance. What makes Local Taco so unique is its delicious food and commitment to the community. Local Taco is more than just a restaurant; it’s a symbol of the growth and prosperity of Bowling Green.
