Med Center Health offers residencies and fellowship programs in General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. Public-private partnerships with the University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University help address nursing and physician shortages in Kentucky. The Medical Center at Bowling Green is the first hospital in Kentucky to establish a 4-year regional medical school on its campus.

Med Center Health became the healthcare provider for Western Kentucky University in 2023, operating the WKU Health Services on-campus clinic. Med Center Health physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive primary care for students, faculty, and staff.

Med Center Health is also the official healthcare provider for WKU Athletics.

As a member of the UK Markey Cancer Center Affiliate Network and the UK Markey Cancer Center Research Network, The Medical Center at Bowling Green offers advanced cancer care to patients in the region. Med Center Health provided $102.5 million in community benefit in fiscal year 2022, including financial assistance, education for health professionals, community health improvement, and more.
