Rustic camping isn’t the only way to catch some shut eye on your trip through Southeast Idaho. If overnighting in a tent, trailer, wagon, or even camper doesn’t suit you, there are plenty of traditional hotel lodgings available to choose from as well as some unique destinations. The Black Swan Inn is the romantics’ choice for a special couple’s night in Pocatello. Each of the 14 suites is complete with wall-to-wall decorations and beautiful museum-like murals. Greystone Manor is another themed suite inn located in Lava Hot Springs. Try their Dine & Unwind package where guests enjoy a delicious fourcourse dinner for two and 1-hour tandem couples massage. Lions Gate Manor, also found in Lava Hot Springs, entertains guests with themed suites for couples or small families.

If you enjoy the bed & breakfast experience, the area has an abundance of quaint B&Bs where the rooms are as charming as the friendly owners. Vacation homes and Airbnbs are also scattered throughout Southeast Idaho and can be found in town, in the countryside, or by Lava KOA East Cabins the water. Some campgrounds even offer comfy cabins, too. If you hate lathering on the bug spray and squeezing into a sleeping bag, there are lots of nice cozy beds waiting for you.
