November 14, 2025 Dear Members of the Fenwick and St Mary’s community, On behalf of the Presidential Search Committee, thank you for your continued engagement and support throughout this important process. Over the past several weeks, our partners from Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CSA) completed their on-campus visits at both schools and met with a broad cross-section of our community—including faculty, staff, students, parents, and alumni. We are grateful for the overwhelming response to the community survey and the thoughtful feedback shared during the listening sessions. Your perspectives have been invaluable in helping to shape the vision for our next President. Based on the insights gathered, the Search Committee and CSA have now finalized the Position Description, which reflects the collective priorities and aspirations of both Fenwick and St. Mary’s. This document will serve as the foundation for the recruitment phase as we begin to identify and engage with qualified candidates. Over the next several months, CSA and the Search Committee will conduct a rigorous and confidential screening process—reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and ultimately advancing a slate of finalists for consideration by the Board of Trustees. We remain deeply appreciative of the time, thought, and prayer that so many of you have contributed to this process. Your engagement continues to ensure that our schools are wellpositioned to attract a leader who embodies our shared values of faith, integrity, and excellence. We will continue to provide updates as key milestones are reached.
