MyraMeilleurecontinuedtochange,asI changedontheinsidetheoutsidebeganto change. Wewentfromaclothingstoreordering fromwholesalerstoafashiondesignermadeto order.Fromastoretoaplaceofmeetingfor prayer, testimony,counsel,andmore.People continuedtowalkinandstarttalkingabout whateverwasailingthemandbeingrelieved. DoingallthesethingsbutstilllosttowhatIam supposedtobedoing.

Irecentlygainedanunderstandingofthepain thatIallowedmyselftosoakin.Iwasmourning overthingsthatkeptcomingtoanend.Iwas tryingtomakeitstayalivedoingallthatIcould tokeepwhatwasnotdeadorover.Soakingin disappointmentIcouldseeandenjoythenew appointment.Workedupabouttheendofa thingandmissedwhatwashappeninginthe new.

Rememberyenottheformerthings,neither considerthethingsofold.19.Behold,Iwill doanewthing;nowitshallspringforth; shallyenotknowit?Iwillevenmakeaway inthewilderness,andriversinthedesert.

Everydaywegotowork,anditisanewday withnewthingshappeningnodayisthe same.Andattheendoftheworkday,weare excitedtogetoffandruntogetout.Tostart itallagainthenextday.Thisisjustan exampleofhowweshouldwalkawayfrom theendofanassignmentandstartlooking forwardtowhat’shappeningnext.

Iwasofage(15)togetallthingsthatmom wouldnotbuy. Graduatedwitha4.0tobetoldthatwe couldnotgotocollegebecauseIwouldpick upsevendemonsandlosemyHolyGhost. Mygenerationmissedoutonalotofthings.

Thingsthatwouldtrainachildintheway theyshouldgo.Identifyingthechild’sgifts andtalentsanddevelopingthematayoung age.

ButGodwaswithmeandblessedmewithjobs leadingothers.Companiesthatinvestedinmy growth,anditwasinsuchawaythatmanyasked whatcollegedidIgoto.Godallowedmetoshine everywhereIplacedmyfeet.Tobringincreaseand changetobecomethewinningteaminevery district.Iwasblessedtoreigninthisfor18years movingfromstate to statecitytocity.

IsteppedoutoftheboatmuchlikePeter“Lordifit bethou,bidmecome”(Matthew14:28). Iwas walkingonthewater,butthestormcame,andI begantosink,Icouldn’tstopfocusingonthe storm,soIkeptsinking.Butinthatstorm,Iwas stretched,strengthen,humbled,andpushed. BirthingoutmanythingsthatIdidnotknowI coulddoorbe.Transformedbecomingnew.

NowIgetexcitedaboutthestormandthenew thingsthatGodisdoinginmeandthroughme becauseIknowhowtowalkonthewaterwearing myuniquecloth.Cutfromadifferentcloth.
