Some practical advice I would offer: stay focused. Avoid comparing your journey with others—it only causes unnecessary frustration. Your vision is uniquely yours. Be original. Authenticity resonates with people far more than imitation ever could.
To anyone beginning the journey of life coaching, mentoring, transformational speaking, or authorship—when God says move, move. Seek His wisdom for each step, and glean insight from those already operating in your field. You may be naturally gifted, but continual learning is necessary for long-term impact. If you’re led to get certified, research programs that align with your calling.
Oneofmygreatestaccomplishmentsto dateisbecominganauthor.WhileIcan speaktoaroomfullofpeoplemany timesover,havingmywordsinprint meansthatencouragementcanreach generationstocome.
InMarch,Ilaunched“Conversationswith theAuthor,”focusingon“Pursuingthe Crownin2025.”Westandonthetruth thattopursuethecrown,wemust pursueGod’sheart.Theseinteractive sessionscreatespaceforindividualsto sharetheirownjourneys.Ialsoshare partsofmyjourneytohealingfrommy book,“NoLongerSatan’sWhore,”which sharesmypersonal“Journeyto Freedom.”
Ourannualtransformationalconference, “ExposingtoHealtoRebuildtheBroken,” willtakeplacethisyearonJuly12th. Eachyear,ourspeakerscourageously sharetheirownhealingand transformationjourneystoinspireand guideothersindiscoveringtheirown pathstowholeness.
Oneofthemostsignificantshiftsin ministryandcoachingistheriseof moderntechnology.Thedigitalworld allowsustoconnectwithpeopleglobally. WhileIpersonallycherishface-to-face interactions,Iappreciatetheabilityto pourintoothersevenfromafar.Social media,whenusedintentionally,can powerfullyextendthereachofboth ministryandbusiness.
Mybusinesscoachandmentor,Shauna Marie,hasplayedavitalroleinmy journey.Asawomanoffaith,she emphasizeslettingGodbeyourCEO.Her guidanceconstantlyremindsmethat truesuccessisrootedinHim.WhenGod leads,thedestinationisalwaysfruitful.

Iintegratemyspiritualbeliefsintoall areasoflife.Whetherit’spausingto acknowledgeGod’sgoodness,orsharing partofmystoryto encouragesomeone,myfaithshapeshow Iinteractwiththeworld.Ibelievethere’s nogrowthoutsideofGod.Acts17:28 remindsus:“InHimwelive,move,and haveourbeing.”IfIlackwisdom,Iask Him andHeprovides.
Potentialchallengesbetweenspiritual beliefsandprofessionalresponsibilities areavoidedbybeingupfrontaboutwhoI aminChrist.Thisopennessprevents confusionorconflictlater.Again,Isow seeds andtrustGodtoseedothersto waterthem
LifeCoachesareoftenconfusedwith Mentors.Whiletheysharesimilarities,a LifeCoachdrawsanswersoutofyou theyguideyoutouncoverwhat’salready withinsothatyoumakethebestdecision foryourcircumstances.Clientsmust comereadytodothework;otherwise, thesessionswon’tbeeffective.
Likewise,ifyouattendaspeakingevent, don’tjustlisten takeaction.Often,God willuseaspeakertobringdirection.But theresultscomethroughyourobedience andeffort.
I’mmostproudofhelpingpeoplemove frommerelyexistingtotrulyliving. Watchingothersrealizetheyarenot definedbytheirtrauma but empoweredbytheirsurvival bringsme greatjoy.Iwillcontinuetoserveinevery areaGodhascalledmeto,withthehope ofimpactinglivesaroundtheworld.My desireisthatweallwalkoutour freedom inandthroughChrist together.
