Youhavethisimmensepressureonyourselfthat youfeelweighsyoudown.It’slikeeverytimeyou haveabigbrightideaorhugewavesofhappiness andinspirationLifeknocksyou:Youbrokeupwith yourpartner,yougotfiredfromyourjob,you gainedweight,youbecamedepressed,youlosta goodfriendinyourlife,andthenoops:You droppedyourarrow.
Youhavenoideahowtopickitbackup.Whereto aim.Youlosesightofyourpriorities,yourvalues aremisaligned,andyoureyesarebothopenbut yoursightisoutoffocus.
It’swhenwe’resittingatourlowestpointwe realizewhatourpointtrulyis.
Sowepickupthebowagain.
Sometimeswethinkit’dbebesttobesafeandnot shoottheshotwereallywantbecausewhatifwe don’tgetveryfar?Whatifthetargetweso desperatelywanttohitcomesupshort?Well, sometimes,wejustaren’tstrongenoughyettopull backthatbiggoal.Ifwemissitthefirsttime,fine. Timeisnowallowedtopasswithmanyarrows flyinghighandfar,magnetizingtoanyandevery markyoudesire.“CanIusemyoldbowagain?”isa thoughtthatflashesthroughyourmind.You realizeyouhavegottenstrongerthanyouonce werebeforebutthisnewbowissteady.Theurge togobacktowhatwasoncecomfortableisno morebecauseyou’veembracedthenewflowof yourbody,mind,andspirit.Anewwayofliving.It wasn’tthebowthatmadeyousuccessful,itwas thepassionthatyoufeltforthecallyouheard insideofyouthaturgedyoutobeyourbest.You pickuptheoldbowforoldtime’ssakebutyou realize,itdoesn’tfityourmoldanymore
