WHAT’S HAPPENING

COMMUNITY FLUORO - FRIDAY 30 JUNE

We are asking all the local businesses and community to join in the fun on Friday 30 June. Dress in fluoro gear, take a selfie and post it on your socials with the hashtags #beverleycrc #sockweek2023 #saveourcountrykids to support and raise awareness for road safety.

FRIDAY BINGO

To support the ‘Save our Country Kids’ a road safety awareness campaign, we encourage all of our bingo players to dress in fluoro or bright colours for the June session on Friday 29 June from 1pm - 3pm at Beverley CRC.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY MOVIE - STRANGE WORLD

The school holidays are fast approaching and we have the movie Strange World playing at the CRC on Tuesday 11 July, starting at 10am sharp! Bring your pillows and beanbags and chill out. $5 per child - includes a drink and popcorn. Children under 5 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. Bookings essential call Beverley CRC on 9646 1600.

TRUCK LICENCE TRAINING BOOKED OUT!

Busselton Advanced Driver Training are offically at capacity for our Beverley session. You can contact BADT, on 9752 4255, to find out where the next available training is held.

COMMUNITY

BEVERLEY GARDEN AND TREE SOCIETY

Beverley Garden and Tree Society will be hosting a luncheon on Tuesday 11 July from 11.30am onwards at the CWA Hall for past and present members. Current members please bring a meal to share and any items that you can spare for a ‘bring and buy’ stall. For more information phone Dorothy 0429 989 031 or Linley on 0429 953 800.

SUNDAY SERVICES

This Sunday 02 July, services will take place at both St Mary’s Church, Beverley and St John in the Wilderness Church at 9am.

SPECIAL SERVICES

St Paul’s Edward’s Crossing and St John in the Wilderness Church, The Dale, a special service will take place on Sunday 09 July at 3pm and Sunday 16 July at 3pm respectively. The Feast of St Paul & St Peter will be celebrated at St Paul’s Church, and the Birth of John the Baptist at St John in the Wilderness Church. All are welcome, not least those with close associations with the churches at Edward’s Crossing, The Dale, and Gilgering.

BEVERLEY COMMUNITY GARDEN

Winter veggies are ready for your plate! $10 baskets of veggies are available Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Beverley Hospital Auxilary inc will be holding their AGM on Monday July 03 at 2pm in the hospital meeting room. This will be followed by a general meeting, all committee members are asked to please attend.
