BEVERLEY GARDEN SOCIETY

Beverley Garden Society members will have the opportunity to visit two unique gardens in Beverley on Tuesday 30 April starting at 10.00am. Morning tea will be provided, please BYO a mug and chair and wear sturdy shoes. For more information contact Dorothy on 0429 989 031.

BEVERLEY MENS SHED RAFFLE

The Beverley Mens Shed will be holding a raffle at the Lions Kiosk next IGA on Friday 03 and Saturday 04 May.

BEVERLEY HOCKEY CLUB

Trainings have started every Tuesday at the Town Oval. Minkey Training starting at 3.30pm to 4.00pm, Juniors 4.00pm to 5.00pm and seniors 6.00pm to 7.30pm. Join Beverley Hockey Club TeamReach, use junior members code: beverleyjrhockey and senior members code: beverleyhockey.

BEVERLEY BADMINTON CLUB

JIVE/ROCK ‘N’ ROLL IS BACK

Jive/Rock ‘N’ Roll group is back at the RSL Hall on Thursdays starting at 7.00pm. Great fun for all skill levels, bring a friend along to join in the dancing. For more information contact Bob on 0447 515 153.

COMMUNITY MARKETS

Community Markets will be held at the Beverley Town Hall on Saturday 04 May. Get your mothers day presents, with gifts, fresh produce, crafts, woodwork, baked goods, preserves and so much more available. Beverley Junior Sports will be on the BBQ for that sausage sizzle or bacon and egg burger.

STATION GALLERY ARTIST IN RESIDENT

David Giles is offering an opportunity to explore approaches to abstract landscape painting using our intuition and expression to evoke that sense of wonder and beauty of nature. 2nd Retreat - Saturday 20 April 10am-3pm & Sunday 21 April 10am-3pm.

Costs for this workshop are $120 per session per day or $200 for a Saturday and Sunday workshop. BYO art materials including canvases to paint on. Recommend 75x75cm canvases but any size is fine. Within Australia the basic postage rate has increased to $1.50 as of 02 April 2024. Top up stamps are available at Beverley Post News and Gifts. Pensioner Stamps will remain at the same price.
