Service Coordinator

Due to the expansion of services in the Pingelly and Brookton areas. Accessability is recruiting a Service Coordinator for the area and surrounds. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic and caring team that has a strong focus on quality support for people with disability and promoting community inclusion.

The Service Coordinator position offers 15 hours per week and will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with individuals with a disability and their families that lead to a partnership approach to setting and achieving goals in a person and family centered way.

Effective communication skills and experience of working within a team are required. If you are committed to supporting people to achieve goals and be empowered to have a great quality of life with choice and control, then this position may be of interest to you.

BEVERLEY 1946 BOOKS

The Beverley Historical Society has copies of Beverley 1946 available for sale at the Dead Finish Museum. $40 each, contact Anne Fisher on 0458 472 055.

CWA MOTHERS DAY RAFFLE

The Beverley C.W.A will be holding their Mothers Day raffle on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 May. The Mothers Day morning tea will be held at the C.W.A hall on Saturday 11. This is a free event for everyone.

BEVERLEY AGRICULTURAL MUSEUM OPEN

The Beverley Agricultural Museum located at Avondale Farm just 5.5kms from town along Waterhatch Road will be open to the public on Saturday 11 May between 9.00am and 2.00pm. Entry is free. The museum houses nearly 150 years of farming machinery. Ring John on 9646 0768 or the Beverley Shire on 9646 1200 for a private viewing appointment or further information.

JUNIOR FICTION BOOK DONATION

The Beverley Library and Early Years Network are collaborating on an exciting yet-to be announced project. We are now taking donations of no longer wanted, good condition junior books. You can drop off your previously loved books to the Beverley Library. For large quantities please speak to Alyssa before drop off.

BEVERLEY BADMINTON CLUB

JIVE/ROCK ‘N’ ROLL IS BACK
