RSL SUNDOWNER

Come along on the Sunday 08 December from 4.00pm to 7.00pm for the Christmas break up party.

ST MARY’S ANGLICAN CHURCH

Sunday 08 December we celebrate the second Sunday in the advent, the season of preparation for Christmas, with a service at St Mary’s Church commencing at 10.30am. All are welcome to attend and watch our advent candles be lit.

BEVERLEY CRC HOLIDAY CLOSURE

The Beverley CRC, Visitor Centre & Library will be closing for the Christmas period from 4:30pm on Friday 20 December 2024 - we will reopen 9.00am on Monday 06 January 2025.

BEVERLEY SERVICES AUSTRALIA CLOSURE

The Beverley Services Australia Access Point will be closed on Friday 20 December 2024 from 4.30pm. Reopening Monday 06 January 2025 at 9.00am. You can still access free internet on your own device from outside the Cornerstone Building. (Use: DHS Customer Wifi)

COMMUNITY PEN PAL PROGRAM

“Send It”

The Beverley Community Resource Centre would like to extend our thanks to everyone who participated in and supported the Beverley Community Pen Pal Program - “Send It”. This program successfully created meaningful intergenerational connections. We paired 21 students and 21 seniors, including residents from the Lodge. We hope that all participants enjoyed the program and meeting their pen pal last week.

A huge thank you to Sam Gollan, Year 2/3 teacher and Beverley District High School, for collaborating and celebrating the success of the Pen Pal Program. To the staff at Beverley Alex Miles Lodge and Beverley Hospital, your support and assistance have been greatly appreciated in 2024.
