The Beverley Amateur Dramatics are hitting the stage at the Beverley Platform Theatre. Three comedies - Albert, The Wrong Regulator and The Meeting are sure to have the whole crowd laughing. Performance dates are Friday 04, Saturday 05, Friday 11 and Saturday 12 April, and sessions starting at 7.00pm.

FACE PAINTER NEEDED

We need a face painter for the Easter Platform Markets on Saturday 19 April, from 8.00am to 1.00pm. If you are interested or you would like more information, please contact Jenny Foster on 0418 454 571.

CAN YOU HELP?

It’s that time of the year nearing Easter when we unpack the paintings for the annual Easter Art Exhibition! If you would like to join in the fun of seeing what the artists have entered this year, please come along to the Town Hall on Sunday 13 April at 9.00am to help us unpack. BALANCE SHEET WORKSHOP

Learn all about balance sheets and profit and loss statements, from Georgia at RSM. All welcome to attend on Friday 16 May, from 9.00am to 12.00pm at the Beverley CRC, This workshop is free, bookings are essential, call 9646 1600.

CWA COMMUNITY MORNING TEA

Everyone is welcome to our FREE morning tea. Held at the CWA rooms on Wednesday 09 April from 9.30am onwards.

DEAD FINISH MUSEUM

The Dead Finish Museum is open on Sunday’s from 11.00am to 3.00pm. Located in the historic Settlers Arms Hotel at the corner of Morrison St & Great Southern Hwy Beverley. The museum features 10 rooms of local memorabilia and history, showcasing Beverley and the surrounding district.

ANZAC DAY SERVICES

The community services will be on Friday 25 April. Dawn service from 6.00am followed by ‘Gunfire Breakfast’ at the RSL Hall. Morning service from 11.00am. Please gather at the Beverley Cenotaph, Vincent Street, 10 minutes prior to each service. Please note, there will be no march this year. UKULELE PLAYERS WANTED

UPCOMING BINGO DATES

There won’t be any bingo sessions in April due to public holidays, but there will be two bingo sessions in May on Friday 02 and Friday 30 May. Eyes down at 1.00pm & finishing at 3.00pm. Cash prizes to be won.

STEM CODING CLUB

Learn how to make computer games at our 10-week STEM coding program, for ages 8 and up. Starting in Term 2 on Thursdays after school, from 3.00pm to 4.00pm. Limited spaces left, call 9646 1600.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - CRC OPENING HOURS

The CRC and Library will be closed for Easter on Friday 18 and Monday 21 April. We will be closed for ANZAC day on Friday 25 April.

THE MEN’S SHED RAFFLES ARE BACK!

The Beverley Men’s Shed raffle has returned for 2025, with a new format and cheaper tickets, find our sales team at the Lions Kiosk on Friday 04 April, and Saturday 05 April, to be drawn at midday.

Busy Bee on Tuesday 08 April from 9.00am at the Dead Finish garden. Time to replenish and replant our garden renewal project at the Dead Finish Muesum. All welcome. Enquiries Dorothy 0429 989 031.

STAY ACTIVE

Stay Active, gentle exercise sessions for seniors and others, are held on Tuesday mornings at 9.00am at the Recreation Centre, cost $1. Newcomers always welcome, just turn up.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS WORKSHOP

WA based author & illustrator, Gabriel Evans will be in library on Wednesday 23 April from 10.00am to 11.30am for a free hands-on creative session, as we explore his personal process for creating picture books. Bookings are essential, call 9646 1600.
