Welcome!
Once upon a time, when I was very young, I would spend entire afternoons lost in worlds of my own making. With pencils and scraps of paper, I drew endless maps of kingdoms that had never been seen, meadows where magic bloomed, and secret bays where mysterious creatures swam. These were my hidden places, sanctuaries of wonder where I could wander, escape, or simply dream.
Years later, those cherished daydreams have taken new form in this Fantasy World Coloring Book, the first in a set of two volumes. This book is my invitation for you to journey into those same realms of my childhood, where
imagination has no boundaries and every page holds a story waiting to be told through your colors.
As you turn the pages, you will travel across three enchanted lands. In the Royal Kingdom, you will pass beneath castle towers where every archway and pathway whispers of legends long ago. In Mermaids’ Bay, you will dive into shimmering waters filled with graceful sea life, hidden treasures, and the gentle laughter of mermaids who linger just beyond sight. And in the Magic Meadows, you will wander through rolling fields and enchanted groves, where flowers bloom in endless hues and quiet creatures guide your steps.
As for the other realms you’ll see in the map on page XX? Well, you’ll get a chance to explore those in the second Fantasy World Coloring Book volume, available in 2027!
Each of the more than 100 illustrations in this book has been lovingly crafted to capture a moment of wonder from this imaginary world, and each one is an open invitation. With every stroke of color, you are not just filling in a picture—you are weaving yourself into the story. You become the one to decide if a meadow shines in golden light, if a castle is cloaked in twilight, or if the sea glows with emerald or sapphire waves.
This book is both a journey and an opportunity for rest. It is a chance to step into a mindful rhythm where the noise of the real world fades and the simple joy of creating takes its place. My hope is that this book brings you the same comfort, peace, and happiness that it gave me while drawing each page.
So flip to a favorite design, pick up your colors, and take your first step into a magical land of castles, mermaids, and meadows. Adventure awaits—and, now, it belongs to you.

Tell us a bit about yourself!
I am a 37-year-old mother of two beautiful girls, living in a small town in the north of Sweden called Söråker (Southfield). My day job is at a cultural arts center working in marketing.
How did you get started in illustration?
I am a self-taught artist. As a child, my local librarian would find and order tons of how-to-draw books for me. Then I would sit in my room for hours practicing different techniques and exercises. However, I never made it to art school—I think the idea of that kind of educational journey scared my parents, who worked hard all their lives in daycare and factories. Later on, when I was on parental leave with my first daughter, I joined a daily drawing challenge on Instagram. That’s how my Swedish publisher found me, and we started making coloring books together! When the pandemic hit and I was bored out of my mind, I started a digital drawing class online at a Swedish Folkhögskola, which is a free school where adults can get further education. Being able to draw digitally really increases the time I spend developing my skills because it’s so easy and readily available.
What
are your favorite motifs to draw?
For me, it has always been about creating a magical, whimsical world that you can get lost in, one with a lot of details to catch your eye. That’s why I am especially drawn to fairy tales and woodland motifs. I’m always trying to create the perfect scenery in which imagination can grow.
What other creative pursuits do you enjoy?
I love nature photography, I am trying to learn guitar, and I sing in a local Christmas show. I am one of those people who likes to try every creative thing that I come across. At the moment, I am trying to make time for oil painting, and I would love to explore writing more.
Fairy Tales AND Folklore Coloring Book
Your first book, , was a best-seller. That book was heavily inspired by Scandinavian folk tales.
Where did you find inspiration for this book?
I feel like this idea and the inspiration for this book have been with me for a very long time. I have always been drawn to old-fashioned stories and fairy tales. This book is me creating a fantasy world where they can all fit together. It’s kind of like an expanded version of the imaginary island in the setting for J. M. Barrie’s Peter Pan.
Do you have any art-making rituals or routines?
Yes, I always start by cleaning my workspace and making it comfy, and I prepare a cup of tea.
Do you listen to podcasts or playlists while creating art?
Actually, I always watch a movie or an episode of a series while drawing. Most of the time, I choose something I’ve already seen a million of times, such as the show Gilmore Girls, so I don’t lose my concentration.
What is a perfect day for you?
A perfect day for me would be spent outside in nature with my family—I love discovering new magical places with them. Then I would go home and make some hot chocolate to enjoy in front of the fire. And, of course, I’d start a new drawing.
What do you hope readers will get from this book?
I hope that they can find inspiration and mindfulness in the different parts of my fantasy world. I also hope the art brings out their creativity and that the color choices will come easily to them. I am really looking forward to seeing the book in color!

Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar. Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In a kingdom so grand, where the markets delight, The colors and scents are a marvelous sight. With treasures to find and new friends to meet, Each corner reveals an intriguing new street.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar. Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In meadows so bright where the fairies all dwell, The flowers breathe perfume and cast gentle spells, While squirrels and hares and hedgehogs all play Beneath silver moons and the sun’s golden rays.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar. Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In the ocean’s calm bay, the sirens still sing, And mermaids wear necklaces fit for a king. Their voices will charm you and bid you to stay, As waves dance in laughter and sparkle in spray.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar. Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In mountains so high with snow-covered crowns, Dragons and trolls guard the old, sleeping towns. The brave who seek treasure must tread with care, For magic and mystery linger up there.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar.
Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In forests so deep, where the sunlight is shy, Witches keep watch with a keen, knowing eye. If whispers grow louder, take heed where you tread, For the paths may twist and turn strange instead.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore, Where adventures await and wonders soar. Follow me now through the magical door, To lands full of tales you’ve not heard before.
In gardens of fairytale, wild and in bloom, Where roses and lilies spill the sweetest perfume, Where songbirds still call and all creatures roam, It’s here that you’ll find your heart’s secret home.
Imagine a world full of legend and lore— Now color it bright and explore evermore.

Beyond the edges of the forest, where sunlight pours like honey through the trees, lies a meadow bright with wonder. Here, wide clearings open to the sky, their grass jeweled with dew, and every breeze carries the laughter of hidden fairies. They dart between blossoms, trailing sparks of light and whispering the secrets of the dawn. Among them roam gentle woodland creatures—hares that bound through flowers, foxes that sleep in the meadows, and deer that graze beneath the watchful stars.
By day, plants’ petals bend in reverence to the Flower Goddess, who walks the fields unseen, leaving behind blooms of colors not found in any other land. At night, when the moon crowns the meadow in silver, the Owl King takes to his throne in the tallest oak. His eyes gleam with ancient knowledge and his voice calls across the valley, guiding travelers who wander too far.
A crystal river winds its way along the meadow’s edge, its waters singing softly as they flow toward a hidden settlement where kind folk dwell in harmony with the land. And in the quiet heart of the meadow, where dawn and dusk meet, the rare and noble unicorns appear, their hooves leaving no mark.
the magic meadows
By the sheltered coves of the coast lies Deepwater Harbor and, beyond, Mermaid’s Bay, a place wrapped in legend and sea-born song. Many a sailor has paused to listen to the otherworldly voices carried in the air. Some swear the melodies belong to gentle mermaids, their laughter drifting like pearls floating in the tide. Others whisper of darker kin—the haunting sirens, whose sweet refrains promise wonder but lead only to sorrow.
The bases of the cliffs around the harbor are littered with the remains of old shipwrecks, their timbers bleached by sun and salt. Each wreck is a warning, but also a mystery, for the sea guards its secrets well. Maps, both honest and false, speak of a place not far away: the fabled Treasure Island. You’ll hear its name said in many a tale told by sailors in firelit taverns, tales of an isle where gold lies buried deep beneath palm trees and stone. But none can say for certain what treasure rests there—or what guardians watch it still.
So the waves sing on, a chorus of wonder and peril. Those who follow the song must choose carefully, for if they chase the dream, they may find themselves claimed by the sea.
mermaids’ bay
At the heart of the realm rises a grand castle, its towers crowned with banners that dance in the wind. Within its stone walls lives a radiant princess whose kindness is spoken of in countless tales and whose laughter carries hope to all corners of the land. Visitors return home to their families with reports of cathedral halls lined with stained-glass depictions of magic and plenty, and the sounds of knights trading lances and bards sharing songs permeate the castle grounds.
Not far beyond the castle lies Circus City, a marvel of marvels, where performers and dreamers gather. Lanterns light the night sky as acrobats tumble, jugglers dance, and storytellers weave wonders that bind all who listen. Here, the kingdom’s joy finds its voice, reminding even the weariest of travelers that magic dwells not only in the natural wonders of the forest or sea, but also in the hearts of the people who inhabit the land.
And so the kingdom thrives, a tapestry of splendor and song, guarded by honor, crowned by hope, and alive with endless wonder.
