Sisterhood Happenings
Sisterhood has so much to tell you about for the upcoming months, so mark your calendars! Be on the lookout for details for each of these events, along with instructions on how to sign up, in Ride the El and Shabbat Announcements.
The Evening Wine and Cheese Book Club will take place in person on February 1 and will feature Three Floors Up by Eshkol Nevo.
February 7th: Seth Front presents: Comedy and Deli. A cultural history of Jews in America based on the astrological signs of the delicatessen. This will be a virtual event in partnership with the Midway Jewish Center of Syosset, NY.
February 23rd: Another exciting virtual program, featuring Gary Rivlin, a Pulitzer Prize–winning investigative reporter and author of Saving Main Street: Small Business in the Time of Covid-19. Gary will share his perspective on how the pandemic forever changed the way small businesses operate and how they are faring now.
Our annual Sisterhood Shabbat is back and will take place on March 11th.
We are excited to announce that Sisterhood will host the Beth El Women’s Seder on March 29th.
