PSYCHOLOGY

Bethany College’s psychology program offers a diverse educational experience led by dedicated faculty who will guide you from your first class through graduation. The department offers both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The Bachelor of Arts prepares you for entry-level positions in psychology or for graduate programs focused on therapy and counseling. The Bachelor of Science prepares you for graduate programs in physical or occupational therapy or research-based psychology programs. Students interested in graduate education are encouraged to pursue dual or double majors.

Dual and double majors such as psychology and social work, psychology and sport studies, or psychology and biology can be completed in four years with early declaration and careful planning. Each combination supports clear career goals, from counseling and sport psychology to physical or occupational therapy.
