Bethany College’s management program is a specialized track of the business administration degree and a journey marked by experienced faculty and personal growth. With an average class size of 12, you’ll be mentored by professors and discuss ideas openly. With this versatile degree, your knowledge can be applied to various areas within the business field.
Our program focuses on the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in institutional settings, such as becoming a manager or leader in your field. Our curriculum addresses the general principles of the management field. You will learn to efficiently plan, organize, lead, innovate, and control organizational efforts.
