Making it the 23rd varsity sport, Bethany is proud to announce that we now offer a men’s wrestling varsity team. Following the tremendous momentum of the inaugural women’s team, this men’s sport will debut for the 2025-26 season. Athletes will showcase their strength both on and off the mat with Bethany’s history of academic excellence among its athletes.
Club Women’s Flag football

Bethany is proud to be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing sports in the country with the launch of women’s flag football as a club sport. Starting in Spring 2025, the club will begin its full club season in 2025-26, with the possibility of transitioning to a full intercollegiate sport for the 2026-27 season. What’s more— Bethany is awarding $1,000 scholarships to active participants in the club, helping students fuel their passion for the game while pursuing their academic goals.

Strong Debut
Men’s volleyball continues to showcase Bethany’s determination in widening opportunities for all students and nurturing the athletes’ futures. Between the court and the classroom, studentathletes build upon teamwork in ways that will propel them further in their careers.

In 2025, Bethany’s varsity women’s wrestling team blew expectations out of the water. Placing Bethany solidly in the top half of Division III teams nationwide, the team’s star wrestler, Trinity Barrus ‘28, earned Bethany their first national qualifier with an outstanding record of 25-6.
