Great opportunity for you to showcase your products, services, and facility. The hosting member is responsible for off ering light breakfast items and coff ee. Must be provided by a fellow catering or restaurant member. Attendance ranges 25-40 attendees. Lunch Mixer | $125 Date of Your Choosing | Your Location | 11:30 AM-1:00 PM

Great opportunity for you to showcase your products, services, and facility. The hosting member is responsible for off ering light lunch items and non-alcoholic beverages. Must be provided by a fellow catering or restaurant member. Attendance ranges 2540 attendees.

Evening Mixer | $275 Fourth Thursday of the Month | Your Location | 5:00-7:00 PM

Great opportunity for you to showcase your products, services, and facility. The hosting member is responsible for off ering light hors d’oevres and beverages (beer and wine suggested). Must be provided by a fellow catering or restaurant member. Attendance ranges 75-100 attendees. Hosts are selected on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis. Lunch and breakfast networking events are interchangeable. Either a lunch or breakfast event will be hosted in a month, but not both.

Host Responsibilities

• All catering arrangements must be made with current Chamber members* • Invite business contacts, clients, partners, and personal contacts (Guests of the host aren’t required to be current members) • Briefl y address attendees during the mixer to introduce themselves and their business, if desired

*If your favorite caterer is not a member it would be a great time to invite them to join!

Chamber Responsibilities

• Promote & market event through weekly email blasts, mailing fl yers to all

Chamber members, and the Chamber online events calendar • Handle registrations of all attendees, provide printed nametags and staff at registration table • Chamber leadership provides brief remarks and introduces hosting member, if desired

Make Your Mixer Unique

Help your mixer stand out! • Promotional displays or tables and networking by the host’s staff are strongly encouraged. • Raffl es or drawings can be a great way to obtain member information and possibly gain new customers. Have members drop their business cards in a container and consider giving away a product, service, or gift card that applies to your business. • Co-host with a non-profi t member. Give them a minute or two to talk about what their organization does or collect goods to support their organization. • Off er a special deal on your goods or services available only to mixer attendees.
