We have also held our very first, of hopefully many, town hall meetings where the executive board had some hard-hitting questions for the entire chapter These questions ranged from where we see ourselves down the line, our recruitment practices and how we all feel about the current state of the chapter. Through this talk, we have decided that our chapter is in an excellent spot and we need to keep doing what we have been doing. Gabe Buziba has now stepped in as our first ever elected DEI chair position. We have decided that this position needed to be an elected one following the IFC incident back in B-term. He is going to work hard over the summer to make sure that we hold each other accountable and are properly educated on topics related to DEI. We plan on revamping our rush process in which Amitai Erfanian has been hard at work. He has made great strides in ensuring that we get a great rush class this coming fall, so we can add more great men to our number.
