by Craig Whitney

At 10am on Thursday, July 4, 2019, join members of the Marple Newtown community for this annual tradition to celebrate the birth of our nation.

Parade marchers from past years

The Marple Newtown Parade Committee was formed in 1984 with members representing organizations throughout the communities. We are pleased to celebrate our great country with the residents of Marple Newtown and surrounding areas.

Parade participants from past years

The parade starts at 10am from St. Albans Circle in Newtown Square, proceeds east on West Chester Pike, and finishes at the Broomall Fire House. This event is free and open to the public. Come and bring family, friends, and chairs to see the creativity of the Marple Newtown community and join together on this national holiday.
