We start with kiln-dried, native hardwood frames, handpick every piece of wood and fabric, and use computerized scan-and-cut systems to eliminate defects. We understand accidents happen, but stains shouldn’t have to.
Crypton and Opti•Clean’s technology is a performance system encasing every fiber to ensure cleanability. This protective layer deters liquid from penetrating the surface of the fabric, and allows time for clean up before it becomes a stain. These fabrics are soft to the touch, family friendly, easy-to-clean, and stain resistant.
Revolution and Sustain performance fabrics are made in the USA with up-cycled fibers and have no chemical treatments. They are virtually unstainable, easy to clean, and extremely durable; yet beautiful and soft. They are resistant to fading from the sun, and are considered bleach safe.

Effortlessly recline at the touch of a button. Our smooth, whisper-quiet power mechanism will sweep you off your feet in a matter of seconds.
Custom Comfort
Look for this icon that features a zipper in the upper or lower back for access to the premium cushioning fiber. This allows you to add more for a firmer comfort or take some out for a plusher feel.
Coil Spring Cushioning
Cushions with the coil spring option feature fabric-encased coils for enhanced resiliency, support and to eliminate permanent coil-set. The cushion is then wrapped in a high-resiliency polyester fiber for extra cushioning, comfort and durability that results in 21% less breakdown. Consistently comfortable, consistently quiet.
Power Tilt Headrest
Take relaxation to the next level, by adding the Power Headrest. This feature adjusts for superior comfort and support where you need it most, all at the push of a button.
Performa Weave ®
Performa-Weave, is an innovative seat cushion material exclusive to Best Home Furnishings made from a breathable matrix of synthetic fibers. Comfort Dial
Comfort. Dialed in. Our innovative, easy-to-use Comfort Dial allows you to simply operate your reclining furniture at the simple turn of a dial. Rotate back to open your recliner to the specified location. Rotate forward to adjust or close your recliner. A quick-click switches to Power Tilt Headrest mode where you can adjust the top-back for the ultimate in head and neck support. Hold the button to return in to the home sitting position. The Comfort Dial also features a USB charging port.

The Trifecta
Lay it all out there
The Comfort Sync system is engineered to lay back nearly flat, and is available in three base options: SpaceSaver®, Swivel Glider, and Rocker. As you recline, the chair synchronizes with your body for continuous support of key comfort zones. Our SpaceSaver® base allows some recliners to be positioned as close as 2” from the wall. Swivel Glider and Rocker bases require more space for movement.
Lumbar love Kick back and relax
Our upgraded lumbar feature contours to the natural curve of your lower back by filling the gap between the chair and your back as you recline. This helps to relieve key body pressure points, encourage better posture and support your entire body for restorative relaxation.
Our longest leg support yet allows for even distribution of your lower body weight to help improve circulation and reduce stress to your legs. The footrest moves when you want it to and the reclining action moves in sync with your body. This allows for seemingly infinite reclining positions, including the TV watching position or a nearly flat layout. This provides optimal head, neck, back and leg support whether you’re reading, watching movies or napping.

With our patented back movement, the seat swoops forward and up as you recline, creating extra lumbar support. And our patented geometry allows for close-tothe-wall clearance.
A steel recliner rod synchronizes the recline mechanism linkages on both sides to provide a smooth, uniform reclining experience.
Our leg extension features an advanced six-bar front mechanism linkage to provide a longer and taller kickout than standard fourbar mechanisms.
The heavy-duty Comfort Sync system is assembled in the USA using a combination of steel components ranging from 5 to 9 gauge. With a Steel-to-Floor mechanism for stronger, more stable chair base.

Our sturdy steel construction supports a broad range of shapes and sizes, while the smooth, gentle motion effortlessly follows your every move. Fully customize your comfort by choosing from one of our three base options. The SpaceSaver® allows you to position select recliners as close as 2” from the wall. Our swivel glide base offers a full 360 spin motion along with a soothing glide action. The Rocker base option features a gentle rocking motion perfect for relaxing after a long day.

For over 60 years, Best Home Furnishings prided itself on building motion furniture with kiln-dried hardwood frames, heavily reinforced joints – utilizing truss plates in many instances, an exclusive, premium all-steel reclining mechanism, and made in the USA craftsmanship. Best-Max takes the structural integrity and comfort to new levels.
In the seat core, a higher density, 2.5 pound foam cushion is breakdown resistant. Built and tested to withstand years of everyday use, it’ll provide more comfort and resiliency. Not four, not five, but six seat springs! Six, no-sag, sinuous wire seat springs are strategically placed in the “seating zone” ensuring maximum weight distribution that will instill a lifetime of comfort. Last, but not least, zipper access in the back of the chaise lounge provides a custom comfort opportunity for users to adjust the pillow fiber cushioning in the seat that makes it most suitable for them. Add more for a firmer seat. Take some out for a softer, cushier feel. With the Best-Max seating system, you get a recliner that’s not just better, but the BEST.

Mechanism: The heavy-duty 7-gauge all-steel mechanism is designed to withstand up to 500 lbs* of everyday use. Every recliner features adjustable kick-out tension and is assembled and tested to assure smooth, reliable comfort.
