The restaurant named after Estonian composer Rudolf Tobias, situated in Kadriorg. The kitchen conductor Sten Märtin’s notes consist of pure French culinary culture intertwined with modern European cuisine. Unexpected harmonies add a contemporary touch. Foie gras “rubber duck”, the traditional French onion soup with our local wild garlic, and the king of desserts, mille feuille. On weekends, Rudolf treats the city with the best brunch in town. The menu is complemented by a versatile drink list created by the best bartender in the Baltics, Erik Tammeleht.
