Emerging concern
A concern has been raised by a parent/carer/guardian regarding a recent decision made by the organisation.
They have questioned whether the decision reflects the organisation’s stated values, particularly around fairness and respect, and they are not satisfied with how the situation has been handled so far.
At this stage, the information available is limited. The concern has been shared informally and is beginning to circulate among a small number of parents. Senior leaders are aware and are beginning to consider how to respond.
