Apprenticeship Standard - Skills England
Work with individuals and teams to enhance their professional performance.
This programme develops you into a confident, ethical and skilled professional coach. You will learn how to plan, deliver and evaluate coaching in education or early years settings, and understand the theories, behaviours and standards expected of a Level 5 Coaching Professional.
You will learn and then be assessed across a range of skills, knowledge and behaviour detailed in the Apprenticeship Standard.

You will achieve a Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship and an ILM level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring
FUNDING
For Levy paying schools, funding will be drawn down directly using your Apprenticeship Service Account Non-Levy paying school, the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) will fund 95% of the course fee through the ‘co-investment’ scheme

The two can be completed in any order but you may feel that you get more from the session if you complete the online learning prior to the VC
Completion rate and attendance Your learning evidence on Bud will form the basis of your portfolio for your interview (see below)
Complete off the job hours of training (OTJH)
Conduct sessions with coachees
Keep a record of your coaching hours and reflections which can form your portfolio (as detailed below)
Completing your online learning will count for some of these hours
You will supplement this with other learning and activities to develop your skills and knowledge
